Potential Additional Costs:
Inside of Rousu, there are many features that are included in the 90 Day Trial and later the $97 Monthly Subscription.
However, there are Pay-Per-Use features that are not included in the 90 Day Trial and later the $97 Monthly Subscription such as but not limited to: Phone/SMS system and phone number validations, Email system and email validations, Conversation AI, Content AI, Workflow AI, Review AI, Premium Actions & Triggers and the WhatsApp system.
Wallet System
If you decide to utilize or test these Pay-Per-Use features, your card on file will be initially charged $10 dollars which will then be added to your Account Wallet. As you use these Pay-Per-Use features, your Account Wallet will be deducted each time for services used. For example, if you send an email, $0.000709 will be deducted from your Account Wallet.
You can see and adjust your Wallet Refill settings inside Settings > Company Billing.
To view a list of your transactions, go to Settings > Company Billing > See Transactions.
If you choose to cancel your account, unused credits are of course refundable.

Under the surface, some of our Pay-Per-Use features are utilizing 3rd party APIs which all cost money and charged to Rousu directly for each use. For example, to send an email in our system we are actually using MailGun, to make a call we are actually using Twilio, and we manage AI instances on your behalf with your provided training utilizing ChatGPT. We simply charge you for these services with a 5% markup to re-coup our costs from the 3rd Party APIs and our costs from our payment processor. We make very little profit on our Pay-Per-Use Features, often times just a few cents a month per account depending on usage.
