All payments are month to month continuously and you can cancel at any time. After the 90 Day Trial, the credit card you provided to Rousu will be charged $97 for the first time and charged each following month going forward that you use or maintain an account with Rousu. You can easily change your credit card inside of Settings > Billing > Payments.

Inside of our software there are many features that we call "Pay-Per-Use Features" which ARE NOT covered under the $97 monthly subscription. This is why we call the trial "90 Day Trial" and not "90 Day Free Trial". Inside of our software we use a wallet system in order for you to use these Pay-Per-Use Features. The very first time you use any of these Pay-Per-Use Features, $10 dollars will be charged to your credit card you provided to us and these funds will be placed inside of your wallet for use by you. As you use these Pay-Per-Use Features, your wallet will be debited for each use. For example, suppose you send off an email from inside of our Universal Inbox, your wallet will be debited $0.000709.

You can see and adjust your Wallet Refill threshold settings inside Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions.

To view a list of your Pay-Per-Use transactions, go to Settings > Company Billing > See Transactions.

Refund and Cancellation Policies:

To avoid ever paying a $97 monthly subscription, please make sure to cancel your account before your 90 Day Trial is over.

To cancel your subscription, simply send an email to [email protected] and we will cancel it the same day as your email and your account at Rousu will remain usable until your current billing period is over.

We do not provide refunds for the monthly $97 monthly subscription or any Pay-Per-Use charges, however, all Unused Funds inside of your Rousu Wallet are of course refundable.

Pay-Per-Use Features Pricing

Under the surface, some of our Pay-Per-Use features are utilizing 3rd party APIs which all cost money and charged to Rousu directly for each use. For example, to send an email in our system we are actually using MailGun, to make a call we are actually using Twilio, and we manage AI instances on your behalf with your provided training utilizing ChatGPT. We simply charge you for these services with a 5% markup to re-coup our costs from the 3rd Party APIs and our costs from our payment processor. We make very little profit on our Pay-Per-Use Features, often times just a few cents a month per account depending on usage.

Emails generated inside Rousu: $0.000709 / email

Email Verifications:

Email Verifications: $0.002625 / per email verification

Email verifications filter out disposable / dummy emails

This helps your email reputation and ultimately helps you to not land in Spam

Phone System:

Outbound Calls: $0.0147 / minute

Inbound Calls: $0.0089 / minute

Text Messages: $0.0083 / segment

Call Recording: $0.0025 / minute

A2P 10 DLC Registration Fees: (Application to Person 10 Digit Long Code Phone Numbers, e.g. 218-407-6280)

Starting August 31, 2023, all A2P SMS messages sent from unregistered ten-digit long code numbers (Local and National numbers) to US numbers will be blocked by carriers.

All A2P 10 DLC Registration fees collected from Rousu are passed through to The Campaign Registry (TCR) on your behalf.
